The Robertson Cooper model1 diagram above shows you the building blocks of resilience. Their online questionnaire will show you how you score against this model.

  1. Complete the questionnaire.
  2. Based on the report you receive, think about:
    1. How you might make the most of your current resilience strengths
    2. How you might build new areas of resilience
    3. What actions you might take in the next week to increase your resilience
