Look at the Robertson Cooper model1 diagram above and pick out some areas where you feel you / your team are strong.
- Write down an example of when you / your team have used each of those strengths.
- Can you / your team use these strengths in any challenges you face today?
- Note down two actions you / your team could take in the next week to use your strengths to build your resilience.
